Boudoir Mini-Sessions for Valentine’s Day 2015

I’m so excited to announce that this year I’m offering a photo-shoot extravaganza for boudoir mini-sessions.  It will be on January 24th & 25th 2015 (that’s a Friday & Saturday) in Chattanooga, TN.  Time slots are very limited so book early to reserve your photo-shoot at this special price!

This Valentines day, give your man a gift that he will absolutely LOVE!   A custom 5×5 red silk or black leather photo album from your boudoir mini-session! If you are getting married this year, this is an awesome gift you can give you husby on your wedding day!   I’ve done boudoir photo-shoots in the past, but have never posted any online, due to the nature of the photo-shoots.

So I’m super excited to be able to offer these special discounts for a mini-shoot marathon!  Email to reserve your time slot, and come enjoy a day of fun, get your hair & makeup professionally done, enjoy wine and snacks, and walk away with some amazing photos that you (and your man) will absolutely love!

Q) What is a boudoir mini-session?

A) A boudoir mini session is a half hour photo-shoot booked on a select weekend.  The cost is significantly lower since we book multiple portrait shoots all in one weekend.  You book a time slot for your hair, makeup, & photo shoot. This year’s portrait location will be the Stone Fort Inn in Chattanooga, TN.  Bookings can be scheduled between 9am-6pm on the selected day. On location, there will be a hair/makeup artist, and the photographer (Sara Kristen). Wine & hor d’ouvrves will be provided as well.  Choose your favorite lingerie for the shoot, 1 outfit allowed for the half-hour shoot.   If you have any questions or can’t decide on your outfit selections show up a bit early with some options so we can help you out.  You can even book your session back to back with some of your friends then have a girls night out after your photo-shoot.  You will already look awesome with your hair & makeup done, so it’s a great time to go out!

Boudoir photography is a great gift to yourself and your loved one. We get busy in our day to day lives and forget what it’s like sometimes to feel beautiful. A boudoir session pampers you and let’s you truly feel like the beautiful person you are. We jam out to some good tunes, and keep it fun, no nudity – I do my best in every boudoir photo-shoot to give a classic, elegant feel to the photographs, and make sure you feel comfortable and enjoy yourself during the photo-shoot.

Q) How do I contact you to book?
A) Click the contact tab at the top of the page or email sara at

Q) How much is it to book my slot for the photo-shoot?
A) A $50 deposit is due upon booking. That amount will then be applied to your package.  The remaining balance is due on or before the date of the photo-shoot. After your shoot you will be able to view/select your top 15 photos from your online (password-protected) gallery to be included in your album.  You can choose between a black leather cover OR a red silk cover  for your album. Additional prints or products may be ordered directly from your album.  Album upgrades are available, inquire for more details.

Q) How should I arrive for my shoot? What should I all bring?

A) Once you book your time slot, Sara will email you an info email full of tips on how to prep for your shoot, what to bring and how to arrive. Since you’re already here reading this I’ll sum it up . Bring 1-3 outfits, arrive with a clean face/hair down and get a good nights sleep.

Q) What is the location like?
A) The Stone Fort Inn is a boutique hotel in downtown Chattanooga. We will be shooting in a multi-room suit that will have plenty of room to take a variety of shots.  Hair & makeup will be done in the additional room, while the bathroom area provides a private changing area for you.

Q) Will my photos be shown on your website or kept private?
A) I never post images from a boudoir photo-shoot unless given specific consent to do so.  I understand that because of the nature of the photography, it’s something most women like to keep between them and their man.  However, if you don’t mind sharing your photos, I would love to post them, but that is completely up to you, and what you are comfortable with sharing.  I have a portrait contract that you will sign before your photo-shoot that covers this in more detail.

Also, I would like to thank the lovely Megan for allowing me to post these images. She is a fashion model with Gage Talent and was a blast to work with, we had a lot of fun doing these photos.  We jammed out to some XM radio and may have completely failed at being able to open a champagne bottle (I blame the bottle opener). I’m looking forward to seeing where her modeling career takes her!
